Fenix Inn does not provide guest car parking. Guests may park at nearby public parking spaces. Parking fees can be paid via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet or the Melaka Smart Parking app.

 

Parking charges are approximately RM5 per day or RM0.60 per hour (subject to local authority rates).

Unfortunately, no. Our hotel does not have a lift and is accessible by staircase only.

 

Fenix Inn is a 3-storey building with the lobby located on the ground floor and guest rooms situated on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM

Yes. Our front desk operates until 1:00 AM. Guests arriving after 1:00 AM may check in using our self-service kiosk.

 

Please note that regardless of your check-in time, check-out remains at 12:00 PM on your departure date.

Yes. We have a limited number of parking spaces available for motorcycles.

Yes. Extra beds are available for 2 Bedroom Apartment Rooms only, subject to availability.

 

The additional charge is RM30 per night.

Yes. Housekeeping service is available daily until 5:00 PM.

 

Requests made after 5:00 PM will be attended to on the following day.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Yes. All rooms are strictly non-smoking.

 

Additional cleaning charges may apply if smoking is detected inside the room.

Yes. Luggage storage is available at the front desk before check-in and after check-out, subject to space availability.

We provide hand and body soap in all rooms.

 

Other toiletries, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits, are not provided. Guests are advised to bring their own personal toiletries.
