You agree and accept all reservation terms and conditions of Fenix Inn as stated below, by proceeding with the reservation.
Booking Policies
Rates:
All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia currency, inclusive of 6% Sales & Service Tax. Rates may increase without notice. Rates as advertised on the Hotel website or any other website or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion.
Children:
Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing bedding. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel. Baby cribs are complimentary upon request and subject to availability. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children, the guest(s) is personally and legally responsible for the children and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.
Additional Bedding:
A limited number of extra beds and baby cribs are available upon request. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 Bedroom Premier Apartment only. The charge for extra beds is RM30.00 each, inclusive of 6% SST (sales & service tax) per night. Maximum capacity of baby crib or extra bed is one (1) per room.
Special Requests:
The Hotel will make every effort to honour special requests such as a specific floor or room number, side by side rooms, extra beds, etc. upon the guest(s) arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations and the management will do its best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
All requests entered into the “Additional Information” box on the hotel website booking engine are subject to availability as well and the Hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfil certain requests.
Room Keys:
Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s). No room keys will be issued to youth under 18 at any time. I.D. is required if the guest(s) has lost the room key and requires a duplicate. Please return room keys to Front Desk at check-out; should the number of room keys returned be less than the number issued, a Lost Room Key charge shall be levied upon the guest and the guest is liable to pay for this charge.
Do-Not Disturb and Access to Rooms:
To provide all of our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we provide daily housekeeping. Our Housekeeping Staff will enter the room once daily while the room is occupied to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. However, our Housekeeping Staff will honour the “Do Not Disturb” sign once it is lit up and will not enter the room for any purpose; alternatively, should guests wish to request for cleaning or assistance after returning to their room, they may contact the team at “0” on the hotel telephone to make the request. Management reserves the right to enter a room for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, to verify the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policy. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and rooms of evicted guests.
Housekeeping/Room Inspection:
Housekeeping is provided daily from 8AM – 8PM. This is a 100 % NON-SMOKING hotel. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily and a detailed log is maintained on each room and linen. Rooms are made available to guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odour. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odours from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that the guest(s) have smoked in the room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into the Hotel’s facility, a fine will be imposed upon the guest(s) and may be evicted without any refund.
Fire Safety Policy:
The Hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, sprinklers, and emergency evacuation plans on the door of each guest room. Please review this important information.
Cancellation Policy
We remain committed to ensuring our guest experience during this difficult time by extending our cancellation policies. For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subjected to availability and any rate differences. For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date:
Direct Bookings (from now until end of 2022)
– For guests who book our Best Available Rate for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 6pm on your arrival date.
– For guests who book our room promotions for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
Online Travel Agent Bookings (from now until end of 2022)
– For guests who book our Best Available Rate for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 3 days before your arrival date.
– For guests who book our room promotions for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 72 hours before your arrival date.

Cancellations or changes made from 6pm (MAL) 30 days before arrival, or no- shows will be charged the full amount for the entire duration of their reservation (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations or changes made from 6pm (MAL) 24 hours before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) unless otherwise specified at the time of booking*.
This does not include rooms booked under non-cancellation and non-refundable terms, as full charges will apply.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show. In the event of no-
show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged. If the room is booked under non-cancellation and non-refundable terms, full charges will apply.
Any changes to your reservation must be made through the original source of booking. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
Rates and Deposit
• Cancellation deadlines vary based on the date of arrival, special events or by rate plans. The exact cancellation deadline of your reservation depends on the policy specified for the reservation at the time of booking.
Rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change when arrival and/or departure dates are amended.
The price of your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. No amendments of rate can be made for the same room category after check-in.
Maximum occupancy for each room and suite is two adults and one child (under the age of 12 years old).
Rates are subject to 6% service charge and prevailing goods and services tax.
Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit.
A cash deposit of 50% for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required
upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax. Debit
cards cannot be used for the deposit.
In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly
posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
Reservation Confirmation
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
The Hotel accepts Cash , Visa, Mastercard,
Check-in and Checkout
A valid government-issued identification or passport is required upon check- in.
Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
Kindly note that the hotel will be unable to accommodate early check-in and
late checkout requests.
Terms of Use
Reservations are non-transferable. Change in name of the registered guest will not be accepted.
Gatherings and parties are not allowed in the guestrooms. The hotel reserves the right to evict non-registered guests from the hotel’s premises.
The hotel is entitled to amend and/or otherwise change these terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice.
The hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses as a
result of any cancellation of the reservation by the hotel.
You shall indemnify and hold the hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss,
damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection
with the acceptance of the reservation by the hotel.
The hotel may cancel the reservation if the hotel finds the reservation
information provided falsified or incomplete.
• By proceeding with the reservation, you agree and accept the terms and conditions stated.
Other Terms
1. Items that emit odour (for example, durians) and food preparation are not allowed in the guestrooms.
2. No pets are allowed on property.
