Reservation
How do I make a booking?
 You can make a booking directly from our website www.fenixinn.com, by phone at 06 - 281 5511 OR you can also
 email to us at info@fenixinn.com

How do I check whether my booking is successful?
 For booking directly from our website:
 You will receive an instant confirmation upon booking.
Reservation details will be stated clearly on your confirmation slip.
Print it out as proof for checking in.

 For booking by phone:
 Once you have confirmed the booking, our reservation executive will give you the confirmation immediately via phone, email OR fax.

 For booking by email:
 Our reservation executive will reply your email within 24 working hours.
 
Can I check-in if the booking is under another person's name?
 Yes, you can check-in providing you present all the reservation details and documents to prove your booking
 
Can I check-in if I am not the credit card owner?
 Yes, you can check-in providing you present all the reservation details and documents to prove your booking

How do I secure my reservation?
 You can pay us 50% on the total room rates as deposit by cash to:
 Maybank, Melaka Raya Branch
 ACC. Name: Cempakaraya Sdn Bhd
 ACC. Number: 504 085 124 583
 * For proof of payment, please fax us the bank-in slip to +606 - 284 2581.
 * Accommodation is confirmed subject to one night's deposit in advance.

Can I cancel my reservation?
 Yes, you can cancel your reservation 72 hours before the arrival date. In the event of no-shows, a one night's charge will be imposed as penalty charge.

How do I cancel my reservation? Can deposit paid be refunded?
 You can cancel by phone OR you can send an email to us by providing all your booking details. No, deposit made cannot be refunded. However, you can always change your travelling dates.

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?
 No, connecting rooms are not available in our hotel. Nevertheless. we can try to arrange 2 rooms which are side by side, but it is subject to the room availability.

Can I change my room type upon check-in?
 It is subject to the room availability.

Room rates
The rates quoted are per room or per person basis?
 The rates quoted are based on per room per night. Standard and Superior Room are for single/ twin sharing basis, it consists of 1 Queen Size Bed (Double) or 2 Single Beds, (Twin) while Family Room and Family Suite consists of 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Bed. While our Family Quad Room consists of 2 Queen beds.

How many room types available and what is the room rate?
 5 types of room, namely Standard Room (single/twin sharing), Superior Room (single/twin sharing), Family Room (triple sharing), Family Suite (triple sharing) and Family Quad Room (quad sharing). Kindly drop an email / call in to check on our seasonal best available rate.

Is the room rate inclusive of breakfast?
 No. We do not serve breakfast. However, you can access to many eatery places within the vicinity. A great variety of cuisine namely Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western, Korean, Japanese etc.

Does your hotel offer special rate for Long Stay?
 Yes, please contact our Reservation Department for more information.

Does your hotel accept any foreign currency?
No, we accept Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.

How many persons are allowed to stay in a room?
2 persons are allowed in a Standard / Superior Room, while a Family Room/Suite is 3 persons. And Family Quad is 4 persons. Additional pax is chargeable at RM50nett with 1 extra bed.

 It is about 10 - 15mins by car. Yes, you can either take a taxi or take a town bus no 17, the bus stop is just diagonally opposite of our hotel.

How far is your hotel from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)?
 It takes approximately 2 hours by car.

Does your hotel provide internet access?
 Yes, we do provide FREE WIFI in the rooms and the hotel lobby.

Does your hotel provide car park?
 Our hotel has ample car park with 24 hours CCTV security system and free valet parking service.

Is there a safe in your hotel?
 Yes, we provide safe deposit box at the reception counter free of charge.
 * Guest is liable for the safe deposit box key. In case of any damage or loss, the replacement charge or force opening is RM500nett.

Any smoking area in the hotel?
 Yes, a bench is provided at the smoking area along our walk away in front of the hotel.

Are there any Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel?
 No, we do not have any Food & Beverage outlet in the hotel. But you can find many food courts / restaurant around the hotel, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western, Korean, Japanese foods, such as Hainan Chicken Rice Ball, Satay, Roti Canai, Teochew's Bah Kut Teh, etc.

  Yes, we do provide transfer service to the airport (KLIA). Please check with our front office for the reasonable fares for this service.

 Yes, an extra bed is chargeable at RM50nett/night.

 Yes, we do provide 2 towels & 2 in 1 body & hair wash in every bathroom.

Do you have non-smoking rooms in the hotel?
We do not have designated smoking or non-smoking rooms in our hotel.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
 Check-in : 2.00pm
 Check-out : 12.00noon

Can I request for late check-out?
 Yes, you can request for late check-out but it is subject to the room availability.  
A minimal cost incurred (RM10nett per hour) for late check-out before 4.00pm.  While late check-out after 4.00pm will be charged a 1 night stay.  

Can I request for early check-in?
 Yes, you can check-in earlier but subject to the room availability. However there will be a charge of RM10nett/hour if you request to check-in before 12.00noon.

What should I prepare for a smooth check-in?
You are required to present your identity card / passport and booking confirmation (if applicable).

Do your hotel extend corporate rate for corporate clients?
 Yes, we do extend corporate rate for our regular business guests.

How do I apply for the corporate rate?
 You can write in using your company's letterhead or present your business namecard, we will then process your application accordingly.

Do you have a Sample Letter for the Corporate Rate Application?

What are the criteria to fulfill in order to apply for the corporate rate?
 Below are the criteria to fulfill:
 1. The applicant must have stayed with us at least once on our current walk-in promotional rate.
 2. Names of staff eligible to enjoy the corporate rate should be provided in the application letter.

Can we apply for credit facility ie Direct Bill (City Ledger) under the corporate account?
 Yes, prerequisites to the Direct Bill are:
1. Must be a Private Limited / Limited Company (Sdn Bhd / Bhd)
2. Must be an active Corporate Account.

 Once you have fullfilled the above requirements, you need to submit your Direct Bill Ledger Application Letter together with the documents as below:
 1. Form 24

 3. M&A

 Yes, you can pay by Master Card, Visa & American Express upon check-in.

Can I pay by cheque?
 Yes, you can pay by company cheque 7 working days in advance before the check-in date.

Can I pay by debit card?
